Permit Issued for EPNG Permit near Window Rock, Az | October 7th 2008 |

This permit is being issued and administered by the Navajo Nation EPA (“NNEPA”) pursuant to the Delegation Agreement between EPA Region IX and NNEPA, dated October 15, 2004. In accordance with the provisions of Title V of the Clean Air Act, 40 CFR Part 71, Navajo Nation Operating Permit Regulations, and all other applicable rules and regulations, the Permittee, El Paso Natural Gas Company (EPNG) - Window Rock Compressor Station, is authorized to operate air emission units and to conduct other air pollutant-emitting activities in accordance with the permit conditions listed in this permit.

Request for Proposal Renewal for Conoco Phillips Permit near Gallup, NM | August 6st 2008 |
The Operating Permit Section of the Navajo Air Quality Control Program (NAQCP), with the Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency’s (NNEPA) Air and Toxic Department, is accepting request for proposal (RFP) from qualified individuals or consulting firms knowledgeable in Clean Air Act Title V and 40 CFR Part 71 air quality operating permit writing. The RFP winner must be very familiar and experienced with USEPA guidelines for preparing air permits and also understand the expectations of NAQCP of NNEPA.

Permit Issued for APS Four Corners Power Plant near Fruitland, NM | August 1st 2008 |
The Navajo Nation EPA, Air Quality Control Program (NNEPA-AQCP) issued a Title V operating permit to the Four Corners Steam Electric Station (FCPP), located near Fruitland, New Mexico, within the Navajo Nation. The Title V permit, which is valid for five (5) years, will be enforced by NNEPA; and it details the allowable emission limits and standards for criteria air pollutants, compliance certification and reporting requirements, and other required terms and conditions.

This permit is being issued and administered by the Navajo Nation EPA (“NNEPA”) pursuant to the Delegation Agreement between EPA Region IX and NNEPA, dated October 15, 2004. In accordance with the provisions of Title V of the Clean Air Act, 40 CFR Part 71, Navajo Nation Operating Permit Regulations, and all other applicable rules and regulations, the Permittee, Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP)- Navajo Generating Station (NGS) - Page Station , is authorized to operate air emission units and to conduct other air pollutant-emitting activities in accordance with the permit conditions listed in this permit.
